Yes, Boba Fett’s armor is made of Beskar Iron like Mandalorian’s armor. He inherited it from his father Jango Fett. His armor offers him strong protection against the Pykes and Cad Bane in the Book of Boba Fett.

In the book of Boba Fett, it shows how he came out of the sarlacc pit and then the Jawas stripped him of his armor. However, Cobb Vanth has got it from the Jawas and later returns the armor to Boba Fett through Din Djarin (the Mandalorian).

Boba Fett is less formidable without his armor, he tells Fennec Shand (Chapter 4) before they infiltrate Jabba the Hutt’s Palace to retrieve Boba’s ship. When fighting Cad Bane in chapter 7, Boba tells him that he has an advantage over the Duros which was his Beskar armor. In the same chapter, Boba kills Cad Bane.

(In chapter 4, when Boba and Shand go to search for the armor at the Sarlacc pit, Shand says that the armor might have melted. Boba replies that it was made of pure Beskar iron which could not melt as easily. In chapter five, the armorer uses a special cryo furnace to melt beskar iron.)

The beskar armor worn by Boba Fett in the Book of Boba Fett includes a helmet, a cuirass, a jetpack, and gauntlets. The strength of the armor is demonstrated in the last chapter of season 1 in Boba’s fight against the pykes, and Cad Bane.
